Grand Central Terminal is a hive activity with many people running around trying to get to their destinations. The only ones standing still are the tourists who gawk in awe at the immense and beautiful architecture.
The famous 22 story building, resembling a clothes iron, on 5th Avenue, New York, is an impressive structure. The clock is a 19 foot cast iron clock from 1909. Right opposite the building, across 5th Avenue, was the famous sandwich place called Eisenberg’s. I had their fantastic Reuben, which was out of this world!
Went out at early in the morning, in the freezing cold, to get this shot – an image that I had always wanted to get. Well worth the pain of frozen fingers and toes!
