Another shot of the 5th Avenue clock and the Flatiron building in New York. The clock was a landmark for the Fifth Avenue Building which is now the Toy Center, a complex of buildings that now are hub for toy manufacturers and distributors in the US.
The famous 22 story building, resembling a clothes iron, on 5th Avenue, New York, is an impressive structure. The clock is a 19 foot cast iron clock from 1909. Right opposite the building, across 5th Avenue, was the famous sandwich place called Eisenberg’s. I had their fantastic Reuben, which was out of this world!
